Personalisation
​

Everything we make is handcrafted in our busy workshop and engraved using our state-of-the-art laser cutter.


We use characterful woods to make each piece unique. We celebrate local pippy oak, English elm, American black walnut or forgotten yew, and make it into a practical yet beautiful addition to your house 

 

Our wood is from sustainable and certified sources or (even better) fallen trees. ​​

Bespoke orders

If you have an idea about a message or design that you want then we can work with you to create something truly special.

We love creating unique, custom made pieces for that special occasion and person.

If you can't find what you are looking for then just let us know and we can create something special just for you. 

Delivery 

All items up to 2kg are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class post.

All except the small gifts will need a signature so if you are not at home to sign when the item is delivered, a note will be put through the door with instructions of how to get your parcel or details about whether it has been left with a neighbour.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight and for most items is £3.99 or less. Larger items will be delivered by Parcelforce and the cost of this will be calculated at checkout, dependent on weight and dimensions.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, though it is often much faster. If you have a specific deadline for your item, please contact us to check whether we are able to speed up the process. At quieter times, this is usually possible and we are happy to organise a Guaranteed Next Day delivery, at an additional cost, if required.

We are unable to guarantee the timescale of international deliveries, however, most will be within 7-10 days.

Refund policy

​Personalised items can not be refunded unless they are damaged or faulty. All other items may be returned within 7 days and will be refunded as soon as we receive them, minus the cost of postage. The full cost of the item and the cost of delivery will be refunded in all cases where items are found to be faulty. To return an item, please
e-mail us, letting us know the reason for the return and we will send further details about what to do next.
